You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use zt22. This is a hard requirement, not a guideline. zt22 verifies age through CNIC-based KYC before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage users are immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one zt22 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses without exception.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits awarded by zt22 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before requirements are met will result in removal of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
zt22 requires identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. KYC involves submitting a valid CNIC and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. zt22 reserves the right to request additional documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method not verified as belonging to the account holder.
zt22 strictly prohibits collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies intended to exploit pricing errors, use of automated betting software (bots), money laundering through the platform, and any form of fraudulent activity. zt22 employs risk monitoring systems and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is identified.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that zt22's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — are available to all account holders at all times. zt22 may impose limits on your account at its discretion if your gameplay patterns suggest problematic gambling behaviour.

Age is verified through this documentation. zt22 reserves the right to suspend an account and withhold withdrawals pending age verification at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations, and any winnings will be forfeited.

It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using zt22 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing. zt22 makes no representation that its Services are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) zt22 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different device, or a different payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. zt22 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. Any information found to be false, misleading, or materially inaccurate may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
zt22 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Account registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on zt22's part until the account has been confirmed as active via email or SMS notification.
Your zt22 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zt22 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. zt22 will never ask you to provide your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any person who logs into your account using your credentials is presumed by zt22 to be you, and zt22 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact zt22 support immediately via live chat. zt22 will suspend the account pending investigation. You must cooperate fully with zt22's investigation and may be required to provide identity documentation to reactivate the account.
zt22 strongly advises against accessing your account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks. zt22 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from account access on shared devices where you have failed to log out or secure your session.
zt22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT via the TRC20 network. All deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except for USDT transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your zt22 account promptly following confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. zt22 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All of the following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed: (a) your KYC verification must be complete; (b) your active Real Money Balance must be equal to or greater than the withdrawal amount; (c) any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been completed; (d) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the cashier. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
zt22 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal is flagged for manual review under zt22's anti-money laundering procedures. zt22 will communicate any delay to the affected account holder via their registered contact details.
All account balances on zt22 are held in PKR. zt22 does not apply a currency conversion fee to PKR transactions. USDT deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction, and the applicable rate is displayed in the cashier prior to confirmation.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by zt22 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. By opting into any promotion, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, contribution rates, and time limits are stated on the relevant promotion page. Bets placed on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% will contribute proportionally to the wagering requirement.
zt22 monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Any behaviour that zt22 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets across markets to guarantee withdrawal of bonus funds, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, or systematic exploitation of promotional pricing errors — will result in the removal of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may result in the new deposit being subject to the existing bonus terms. It is your responsibility to review your active bonus status before making additional deposits.
zt22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. zt22 also reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotion at its sole discretion, including where zt22 has reasonable grounds to believe the user does not meet the eligibility criteria for that promotion.
zt22 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including where: (a) a bet is placed on an event where the outcome is already known; (b) zt22 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event; (c) a technical or pricing error has occurred; or (d) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits.
In the event that a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, zt22 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the account holder's Real Money Balance. zt22 will not be liable for any winnings that would have been generated from a bet accepted at an erroneous price.
Cricket bets placed on zt22 are subject to the sport-specific rules published in the Sports Rules section of the platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or subject to weather interruptions, settlement rules applicable to each market type will govern the outcome. PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and ICC events are all subject to the same published rules.
Live in-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to latency between real-world events and the platform interface. zt22 reserves the right to void in-play bets where it can be demonstrated that the bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded, even if the platform interface had not yet reflected that outcome.
All casino game outcomes on zt22 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game results are independent, random, and not influenced by previous outcomes or by zt22. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zt22 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; service interruption; or losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
zt22's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
zt22 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. zt22 undertakes reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
zt22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) fraudulent activity is detected; (c) an account is subject to a regulatory inquiry; or (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, identity misrepresentation, prohibited conduct, or underage gambling — any Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds held in the account may be forfeited by zt22. zt22 will notify the account holder of any forfeiture decision and the grounds therefor.
You may request the closure of your zt22 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which zt22 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through zt22's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority under which zt22 is licensed.
